This page summarises specific disclaimers that supplement our terms of service. Where they overlap, the terms of service govern; where they add detail, this page applies in addition.
1. Service is provided as-is
AITerm is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any particular uptime percentage unless you have a written enterprise agreement with us.
2. AI output is not our content
AI models that you connect through AITerm — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Ollama-hosted models, and others — generate output independently of us. We relay the bytes between your browser and your machine, nothing more. We make no representation about the accuracy, legality, safety, or suitability of any AI output. You are responsible for verifying anything an AI tells you before acting on it.
3. Connector runs on your machine
The AITerm connector executes on infrastructure you control. We do not have administrative access to your machine. Commands you issue through the terminal — file operations, package installation, network requests, code execution — run with your local privileges and are your responsibility. Use sudo deliberately.
4. External links and integrations
Where we link to third-party documentation, repositories, AI provider sites, or other external resources, we do so for convenience and have no control over their content, availability, or policies. We disclaim all liability for third-party content. Their terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
5. Beta features and changes
AITerm is actively developed. Some features may be labelled as beta, experimental, or preview. Those features may change, regress, or be removed without the 30-day notice that applies to material changes of these terms. We will, however, never silently remove core functionality (terminal, multi-AI, pairing) without that notice.
6. Statutory protections preserved
Nothing on this page limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, personal injury caused by us, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law (including consumer-protection legislation of your country of residence).
